I sent this bouquet to a friend for her birthday. She has everything she needs, so flowers were the perfect gift. She was thrilled to get them and said they are the most beautiful flowers she has ever received. Ordering on line was easy. Michellle’s even called me to check on something before delivering the flowers. Their customer service is great. I was very pleased with my experience and will definitely used Michelle’s in the future.

I had ordered flowers through Michelle's Florist to be delivered to a family member in Texas. Although I was notified by email that the flowers had been delivered, my aunt had never received the flowers. When I contacted Michelle's they looked into the situation and quickly arranged for another florist to deliver another arrangement. The customer service is amazing and the floral arrangements are beautiful!

Wonderful customer service! Some of the colors were not available so they called to discuss the changes to make sure I was okay with them before they made them.
